中英文室内设计合同 Quotation of design 室内装修设计合同 中英文 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLIENT amp; DESIGN CONSULTANT MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT made this 29 May 2013 between A (hereinafter called the Client which expression includes their legal representatives, successors in title an assigns) of the one part and B practising as design consultant at C (hereinafter called “the Designer which expression includes his/legal representatives, successors in titles and permitted assigns) of the other part. .
