DOI :10.13327/j .j jlau.2000.04.017 吉林农业大学学报 　2000 , 22(4):64 ～ 70 Journal of J ilin Agricultural University Study on Decarboxyl Degradation Reaction of Ginsenoside and Products in Red Ginseng Processing PARK Hyun-sun , LI Xiang-gao (College of Chinese Medicinal Material , J ilin Agricultural University , Changchun 130118 , Chian) Abstract :The production of red ginseng was simulated using the natural ginsenoside ex tracted from fresh ginseng to study the transformation mechanism of g insenoside components .The pow- der of red ginseng w as extracted with methanol, deg reased with diethyl ether , and collected w ith un-butanol .Impurities and sacharides w ere removed w ith macroporous resin .The natural gin- senoside (malonyl-ginsenoside)w as obtained through silica gel chromatography and H =cation cross-over resin chromatog raphy .The red ginseng production process w as simulated and the transformed components w ere ev aluated by using IR , FD-M s , etc .The results showed that pur- pose of this experiment is to ex tract natural ginsenoside from fresh ginseng , then simulate the red g inseng production process in o rder to inquire about the transformation process of ginsenoside and to unveil the transformation mechanism .The ex periment methods are as follow :1 .Ari dry fresh g inseng and dry fresh ginseng and g roup it .2 .Conduct methanol ex traction , diethyl ether de- g reasing and n-butanol collection .3 .Remove impurities and saccharides from the extract by using macroporous resin .4 .Conduct silica gel chromatography .5 .Conduct H + cation cross-over resin chromatography .6 .Take the natural ginsenoside (malony l-ginsenoside)obtained from previous step and simulate the red ginseng production process .7 .Evaluate the transformed compounds ob-
