Improve ;Define Opportunities;Objective ;Summary of 4.0 Improve Performance;Improve Performance-4.1;4.1generate Improvement Ideas;Sources of Solutions;We have experienced brainstorming as a useful technique to harness a team’collective thinking power in order to generate a list of process activities and potential root causes .It is often used to generate a ling list of thoughts and ideas in a relatively short period of team and builds on what each person has to say .
As we have discussed,there are several methods of brainstorming ,all of which allow creative thoughts to be merged and expanded upon .We have already learned the most commonly used approach,to identify process steps and potential root causes.It’s three steps are:
Generate
Clarify
evaluate
