Koidaz]的化学成分，从其茎的乙醇提取物中分离得到 7 个苯丙素类化合物。 经过光谱分析，分别鉴定为 osmanthuside E (1)、木通苯乙醇苷 B (2)、2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl-(6-O-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3)、 dunalianoside D (4)、 dunalianoside C (5)、 咖啡酸 (6)、 秦皮乙素 (7)。除化合物 6 外，其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离 获得，化合物 4 和 5 为首次从木通属植物中分离得到。 关键词： 三叶木通； 茎； 苯丙素类化合物； 化学成分 doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1005–3395.2014.05.014 Phenylpropanoids from the Stems of Akebia trifoliata WANG Jing1,2, ZHOU Zhong-yu1, XU Qiao-lin3, TAN Jian-wen1* (1. Guangdong Academy of Forestry, Guangzhou 510520, China) Abstract: In order to understand the chemical constituents of Akebia trifoliata, seven phenylpropanoid compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Akebia trifoliata stems. On the basis of spectral data, their structures were identified as osmanthuside E (1), calceolarioside B (2), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl-(6-O-feruloyl)-β-D- glucopyranoside (3), dunalianoside D (4), dunalianoside C (5), caffeic acid (6) and aesculetin (7). These compounds, except of compound 6, were isolated from the plant for the first time, and compounds 4 and 5 were obtained from the genus Akebia for the first time.
