继续教育学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目聚酯增塑剂的生产安全及事故预防专 业安全工程姓 名李文娟学 号5494814101指导教师李侠起讫日期2015年12月20日～2016年4月20日 2016 年 4 月 20 日  PAGE \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT I 聚酯增塑剂的生产安全及事故预防 摘 要 本文首先对聚酯增塑剂进行简单的介绍,再对聚酯增塑剂的生产原材料进行简单的介绍，同时对聚酯增塑剂的生产工艺进行了简单的描述。 针对聚酯增塑剂的生产中存在诸多的安全隐患和薄弱环节，文章接下来从物的不安全状态、人的不安全状态及管理缺失的角度进行了系统分析，总结出针对各种不安全因素的改进方法与注意事项。 最后对聚酯增塑剂的生产安全与品质的保证提出了解决对策。本文认为聚酯增塑剂生产应从行政控制、工程控制等方面来控制产品生产的品质问题，从行政控制及个人防护控制等方面加强对聚酯增塑剂生产过程中操作人员的保护及生产安全安全进行管理。 关键词：聚酯增塑剂 危害因素 安全对策  PAGE \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT II Production safety and accident prevention of polyester plasticizer Abstract Firstly, This paper first briefly introduces the plasticizer polyester; to increase the production of raw materials of polyester plasticizer were introduced, and the polyester production process of plasticizers are briefly described.
