摘要 钢管是一种用途广泛的工业金属材料，也是国民经济发展的一个重要支柱。本文根据国内外钢管生产线上喷标系统的研究开发现状，进行了该项目的控制系统和软件系统的设计，并取得了成功。本课题的主要研究工作： 第一章：综述钢管的工艺生产流程及API国标；说明国内喷标系统的开发研究现状及存在的问题并阐述了开发喷标系统的必要性；陈述课题来源和论文的主要工作和意义。 第二章：提出系统的设计要求；根据系统的组成结构进行立柱横梁的设计，包括立柱横梁的组成以及设计时应注意的问题，重点论述了齿轮齿条的设计，最后给出机械结构部分的设计； 第三章：论述喷标系统中立柱横梁的设计组成；介绍了伺服系统的相关技术；给出了控制系统的特点。 第四章：简述了PLC编程的方式和S7400的特点；着重介绍了PLC程序的喷标流程设计以及配电原理图；简单介绍了PLC程序设计的特点。 关键词：钢管；喷标；立柱横梁；齿轮齿条；伺服系统；PLC ABSTRACT Pipe is a widely used industrial metal materials, development of the national economy is an important pillar.
