The Enable \ Disable commands are used against existing objects to remove attributes. The New\Remove commands need to have windows Account permissions other wise the command will fail when trying to perform. Use the Connect-Mailbox cmdlet to connect a disconnected mailbox to an Active Directory directory service user object. Use the Disable-Mailbox cmdlet to mailbox-enable an existing user Use the Remove-Mailbox cmdlet to delete the user account that is associated with a particular mailbox from the Active Directory directory service and to process the associated, disconnected mailbox as directed by the specified parameters. * * Slide Objective: To explain how to manage recipients in Exchange 2007. In Exchange 2007, update of e-mail addresses is implemented as a task and can be scheduled through the GUI or using AT. This task also runs automatically when you create a new user.
