Every minute parent/guardian is late picking up a camper, and prior arrangements have not been made, a $1.00/minute fee will be assessed. These fees are due the day of the incident. Camper will not be allowed to return to camp until fees are paid. 2. I understand I must inform staff by 1:00 p.m. if my child will be absent from school pickup by Charley Taylor. Parent/Guardian Policies 3. I understand the City of Grand Prairie is not responsible for my child after 6:00 pm. I am responsible for making arrangements for my child to be picked up by another authorized person should circumstances delay my being on time. I understand any authorized person to pick up my child will be required to present a photo identification when signing out the camper. Parent/Guardian Policies 4. I understand my child is signing up for a full week program. Any child who attends day camp during a week will be charged for that week. If more than 3 days are missed during a week, a doctor’s statement and a conference with the Program Director may establish pro-rated credit on the following weeks. Please call the Center Supervisor to make an appointment. Parent/Guardian Policies 5. All fees must be paid by Friday before the week attending. A $10.00 late fee will be charged the following Monday after 6:00pm. Fees not paid by Tuesday of the current week. A written notification needs to be sent to the Recreation Supervisor and a conference setup if having problems paying the fees. 6.
