20.0 HYDROGEOLOGICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS 水文地质/环境的考虑因素 A preliminary Water Resource Estimation was completed in December 2004 by Environmental Resources Management (ERM) of Shanghai, PRC, which identified the conceptual water sources. In 2005, a complete Water Resource Estimation was conducted by the Baogang Engineering Investigation and Survey Institute in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, which quantified the available water resources, and Golder Associates conducted an independent study and confirmed the estimates of the available water calculated by the Chinese consultants (Appendix 10). During year 2006-2007, additional hydrogeological drillings and tests were conducted for the bedrock aquifers near the well field and within the mine property limit. An additional hydrogeology and water resources study was conducted by the Baogang Engineering Investigation and Survey Institute in Nov., 2007 by taking into account of the groundwater in the bedrock aquifers. 2004年由中国上海环境资源管理集团完成了一份初步的水资源评估报告，以确立了概念性的水源。2005年，内蒙古包头包钢工勘察测绘研究院完成了一份完整的水资源评估报告，此份报告定量了可用水源，Golder公司完成了一份独立的研究报告确认了由中国的顾问计算出的可用水源量（附录10）。2006年至2007期间，另外又在矿区内的岩床含水层靠近井场附近进行了水文地质钻孔和测试。2007年11月，包钢工勘察测绘研究院完成了附加水文地质和水资源报告，把岩层含水层的地下水也计算了进去。 A Soil and Water Conservation Study was completed by the Electrical Power Exploration Design Academy and Wulate Water Soil Conservation Station and approved by the Inner Mongolian Water Resources Department in Jan, 2006. The soil and water conservation plan defined in this study report was implemented during the mine’s construction period of 2006-2007.
