摘 要 先行者优势是企业在多阶段的发展过程中内生的。在最初阶段产生的某种不对称使得企业稍稍领先于其竞争者。这种不对称一旦产生，就会有一系列的机制帮助该企业尽力利用这一领先地位。先行者相比于跟进者也存在着一些劣势，如在位惰性、技术与市场的不确定性等。 网络经济具有一些现象或效应与传统经济大不相同，如网络外部性、规模经济、收益递增规律、蝴蝶效应等。因此有必要对网络企业中的先行者与跟进者进行深入的分析，找出其独特的先行者优势和跟进者优势，以供网络企业作为参考。 本文选取了两个典型的外贸B2B平台——环球资源网、阿里巴巴——通过对比分析其创立时间、营业收入、网站访问量等判断出先行者和跟进者。并分析先行者优势和跟进者优势。最后总结预测两大外贸B2B平台的发展趋势，给出未来发展的建议。 本文得出以下结论： 阿里巴巴已经超越了以前的先行者环球资源，成为了现在外贸B2B行业的先行者。 阿里巴巴的负的网络外部性已逐渐凸现，发展即将到达瓶颈。 环球资源略显保守但稳健的发展势头、良好的口碑以及质量使其仍具备赶超的可能。 关键词 B2B 先行者 外贸 环球资源 阿里巴巴 Title Analysis of First Mover and Second Mover of trade B2B latforms ABSTRACT First mover advantages engodeny in multi-stage development process of the enterprise.Some kind of asymmetry produced in the initial stages makes the enterprise slightly ahead of its competitors. This asymmetry once produced, will have a series of mechanism helping the company to try to make use of the leading position. Compared to followers， the leaders also have some disadvantages, such as the reign inert, technology and market uncertainty, etc. Network economy has some phenomena or effect which is very different from traditional economy , such as network externalities, economy of scale, increasing returns law, the butterfly effect, etc. So it is necessary to have a thorough analysis on first mover and followers of network enterprise to find its unique first mover advantages and follower advantages, to supply network enterprise to serve as a reference. This paper selects two typical trade B2B platforms - global sources , and Alibaba -- through comparative analysis of the time of establishment, business revenue and site traffic ,etc ,recognizing the first mover and followers. And analyzes first mover advantages and follower sntages . Finally summarizes and forecasts the development trend of the two foreign trade B2B platform ,meanwhile suggestions are given.
