行走闹钟玩具的机构动力学仿真 摘要 目前，国内外将虚拟样机技术应用到玩具的设计仿真中，这一技术利用计算机三维软件建立玩具系统的三维实体模型和运动学及动力学模型，分析和评估玩具系统的性能，使得玩具的设计开发制造过程实现了真正意义上的柔性化和高效化。这一技术的运用不仅提高了产品的生产效率而且还不断完善其性能，从而使得研究开发的设计成本不断降低。为了适应消费者的需求，研发设计出更新更多种类的玩具产品，这使得虚拟样机技术得到了进一步的运用，也使得设计周期大大缩短。随着计算机技术的发展和运用，使得整个玩具的设计过程不断简化，大大减少了成本开支和时间周期。 本课题通过运用Solidworks和Adams对行走闹钟玩具进行运动学的仿真，首先，对行走闹钟玩具进行拆卸、测绘，然后在Solidworks软件中进行三维零件建模并装配，装配完后将其导入ADAMS软件中进行运动学的分析和仿真，通过不断的调试和参数的设定，实现了行走闹钟的运动学仿真。 关键词：虚拟样机 三维建模 调试 运动学 Abstract At present, domestic and international virtual prototyping technology to toy design and simulation, this technology uses computer software to create three-dimensional toy system of three-dimensional solid model and the kinematics and dynamics model, analyze and evaluate the performance of toy systems, making the toy design development of the manufacturing process to achieve a true sense of the flexible and efficient.
