摘 要 随着柴油共轨技术的不断成熟，电控柴油共轨技术在汽车上的应用逐渐开始普及。对于汽车维修专业的学生来说，对电控柴油共轨技术的深入了解将是非常重要的。在实践教学中，由于在实车上难于设置故障及演示故障现象,会使学生对电控柴油共轨技术原理的理解与学习遇到了一定的困难。开发设计一台适合实训实验教学用的实验台非常必要。 本论文首先对柴油机共轨电路图研究，然后对实验台进行设计研究，再对实验台的面板图进行设计，面板图分为博世柴油共轨控制系统电路图，动态显示器，电脑液晶显示器及采用智能故障设置装置。并对实验台故障现象故障原因进行分析总结，主要是传感器故障、执行器故障、继电器故障和综合故障的检测分析。 关键词：共轨电路图；实验台设计；共轨技术；故障检测 ABSTRACT Nowadays, the common rail accumulator type electronically controlled diesel injection system has been gradually widely applied on automobiles owning to its stepwise perfection. As a result, it is extremely important for students who major in automobile maintenance to possess an in-depth grip of this technique. However, the difficulties in establishing and demonstrating auto-faults on real samples in the practical teaching process have become barriers in the way of students’ learning and comprehending the working principles of this technique. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an experiment rig of common rail accumulator diesel-injection engine according to the teaching and practicing needs. This dissertation was firstly focused on the circuit diagram of a common-rail diesel engine and the design of the test-bed. Then, it described the design of the panel’s blueprint which was divided into four parts including a circuit diagram of the control system of Bosch diesel engine, a dynamic display, a LCD computer screen and an intellectual fault setting device. Besides, it had also made an analysis and a conclusion of the faults’ symptoms and reasons, which contains the detection and analysis of sensor faults, actuator faults, relay faults and the comprehensive ones .
