彩钢瓦成型设备控制系统设计 摘 要 彩钢瓦常用建筑工地和民用的仓库等临时建筑。彩钢瓦是通过彩钢压瓦机轧制。本文设计了一种基于可编程控制器S7-200PLC的彩钢压瓦机的控制系统。当彩钢板输送过来时，采用的光电编码器检测系统就会对彩钢板的运动位移进行自动计数，当记录的数与设定值相同时就会启动液压剪切系统来剪切彩钢板；在料架和压辊之间安装光电开关来检测有无料，有料正常工作，无料则报警停机；传动电机由变频器进行变频调速。本设计主要包括系统总体设计、控制系统设计、系统软件设计，具体介绍了彩钢压瓦机控制系统的结构组成，确定相关的电路参数，选择各个元器件的型号，绘出系统的硬件接线图，软件的流程图以及程序的清单。 本设计的彩钢瓦成型设备控制系统，其剪切精度比较高，控制系统简单，操作方便，程序的运行也比较稳定，能够提高生产效率，具有一定的应用价值和经济价值。 关键词：可编程控制器，光电编码器，变频调速，自动控制，液压剪切 The control system design of color steel tile molding equipment ABSTRACT Color watts is often used in construction and civil warehouse and often places, it is produced by color steel tile press. In here, we design a color steel tile molding equipment control system and to achieve, and this control system based on programmable controller S7-200PLC. When the thin steel plate come, photoelectric encoder automatic counting the size of the steel, if the size is consistent with the set value, the hydraulic cutting system will start and shear thin steel plate; photoelectric switch to detect whether the material, if has material, to work properly, if no material, it will alarm; the drive motor to frequency control by the inverter. The design includes system design, system hardware design, system software design, introduction the structure and composition of the color steel tile press control system. Determine the relevant circuit parameters, select the components of the model, and draw the wiring diagram of the system’s hardware and software flow chart and a list of procedures. The design of the colored steel tile machine automatic control system, high cutting precision, the control system is simple, easy to operate and run stable, can improve the production efficiency, it has a certain value and economic value.
