摘要學校競爭優勢的理念與做法結論如下:一、學校競爭優勢是一長期比較而來的動態歷程,必須具有持續性。二、影響學校競爭優勢的因素有很多,除了獨特性之外,還要有多樣性。三、學校領導者應有企業經營管理的理念,方能營造學校的競爭優勢。四、學校競爭優勢的最終取決還是得經過客戶(家長)的考驗。五、校長的領導風格對學校競爭優勢有相當的影響。六、學校教育最重要的還是學生的學習。
最後,研究者根據研究案例中的兩所學校所做的分析,提出提升學校競爭優勢的具體方法有以下幾點:
一、整體改建老舊校舍環境綠美化。
二、充實教學設備,便利教師教學與學生學習。
三、學校核心優勢,持續發展學校特色。
四、營造良好的組織氣氛,教師安心投入。
五、重視學生基本學習能力培養。
六、創新經營方式來創造學校競爭優勢。
七、落實學校績效責任制度。
八、運用行銷,有效宣傳學校辦學績優成效。
九、重視教師專業進修成長,努力提升教師素質。

Abstract
This study aims to understand the concepts of school competitive advantage .the researchers have drawn the following conclusions:
School competitive advantage is an active process of long-term comparison. It has to have the continuity.
There are many factors affect the school competitive advantage. Beside of the uniqueness, it also has to be diversity.
The leader of the school must have the concepts of running a business to create the school competitive advantage.
The final judgment relies on clients (parents) approval.
Principal’s leading style has great influence upon the school competitive advantage.
The most important issue of school education is still concerning learning.
According to the analysis of comparing two schools, the researchers point to the following practical methods to enhance School Competitive Advantage:
To create the first good impression, school should rebuild the old buildings, integrate the entire campus views and beautify the environment.
Advance the teaching facility to facilitate teachers to teach and students to learn.
Continuing develop school highlights by holding the core advantage of the school.
Create good atmospheres and stable environment to allow teachers devoting themselves to teaching.
Emphasize on solid fundamental learning ability, righteous behaviors and good manners.
