制造业生产异常的诊断及其管理措施的构建 [摘要]对制造业生产异常响应管理系统进行信息化、智能化方案的设计与构建，提高其处置的及时性、实现异常响应的规范化管理，是企业降低生产与管理成本、完善精益生产管理体系、提升企业整体管理水平不可缺少的环节。分析过程异常的原因，进行异常归类，并对异常控制所需的信息进行采集分析，针对生产过程普遍面临的因人员、设备、质量、物料等异常事件不能及时反馈和处理而影响生产问题的众多因素和难以控制的现状，设计一种对其进行异常控制的策略，构建一种可支持异常事件信息动态采集、综合查询分析和快速处理的生产异常诊断及管理系统，并在总结多数制造企业异常处理规程的基础上，提出规范的、普遍适用的异常处理流程，可为同类型企业在生产管理中的异常诊断与处置提供有益的参考与借鉴，这对于构建环境友好型、资源节约型社会极具意义。 [关键词]制造业；资源环境；精益管理；异常控制；方法措施 [中图分类号] [文献标识码]A [文章编号] Construction of diagnostic manufacturing anomaly and its management measures Abstract: the design and construction of informatization of manufacturing industry, the production management system in response to abnormal intelligent scheme, to improve the standardized management of the disposal of timeliness, and abnormal response, is the enterprises to reduce production and management costs, improve the lean production management system, improve enterprise management level is an indispensable link.
