西安会展业发展现状与对策程序.docVIP

摘 要 从八十年代以来，由于会展业投资少，无污染，效率高等优势被列为重点发展产业，会展业在中国已经成为一个朝阳产业。西安市的会展业发展较为迅速，但是并没有达到预期的成果。西安作为会展目的地在中国总体实力不强，在西部地区竞争优势不十分明显，距离区域会展中心城市的目标地位差距较大，而且丰富的会展资源也并没有得到有效利用。 本文首先从会展政府服务机制、展会数量和规模、展馆基础设施四个角度研究了西安市的会展业发展现状，然后笔者对西安市会展业进行SWOT分析，从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面，对西安会展业进行了较全面的分析，最后为西安市会展业的发展提出建设性的发展对策：完善会展场馆及配套设施，优化会展资源配置；创办名牌展会，打造名牌会展企业；加强人才培养，不断拓宽人才培养渠道；加强政府部门的认识力度，制定会展业的扶持优惠政策；建立健全会展业法律法规体系， 完善发展环境；加快会展业市场化进程，促进会展业有效竞争；积极推进会展业的国际合作。 西安市的会展业还处于发展阶段，只有发展的发展路线、政府的大力扶持，并充分利用好西安自身的优势，借鉴国内外先进的经验，并把握时代给与的机遇，加快国际会展中心城市建设步伐，不断发展壮大，才能发展出一条适合西安市独有的特色会展经济道路。 关键词 会展业；西安；SWOT分析；发展对策 Abstract Since the 1980s, the exhibition industry has become increasingly vigorous development of Chinas sunrise industry.Because of its small investment, no pollution, high efficiency and a strong driving force related industries and other characteristics are listed as a sunrise industry century, many cities will be listed as key development sectors.
