沈阳某社区居民健康知识知晓与行为现况及其影响因素调查分析 摘要：伴随着人民群众生活水平的不断提高，对健康问题表现出更加的重视和关心。但是当前很多居民在健康知识以及健康行为方面还存在有很多的问题。居民健康是经济社会发展的基础，其健康状况和健康水平不仅影响着整个社会的和谐程度、影响着人们群众的生活质量，而且从长远上影响到整个民族的未来。健康教育作为一项系统工程，需要政府引导，广大居民参与，不断提高居民健康知识知晓和健康行为形成水平。文章以沈阳某社区为例，对该社区近4000人居民进行调查的基础上，全面了解到社区居民健康知识和行为现状以及影响因素，在进行综合分析的基础上以更好的进一步制定和开展社区健康教育工作提供必要的理论支持。 关键词：沈阳某社区，居民健康知识，知晓与行为，影响因素 Abstract: Accompanied by the continuous improvement of living standards of the people, showed more attention to health issues and concerns. Key words: Shaoguan community, residents knowledge of health, knowledge and behavior and influencing factors 一、调查对象和采用的调查、分析方法 第一，调查对象：沈阳某社区常住居民中的1000人（含暂住人口）。 第二，调查方法： 一是抽样调查方法：采用多阶段随机抽样方法, 在该社区23幢楼中，每幢楼各抽取3个单元, 每个单元会抽取10名15岁以上的常住居民进行调查。 二是问卷调查方法：调查问卷方法主要是采取自行设计、老师指导的原则开展，在问卷内容的设计上主要涵盖一般情况、住户成员健康情况询问、15岁及以上个人调查表、特殊人群调查、体格检查等健康知识和健康行为等五方面的内容。总体健康知识知晓 (行为形成 ) 率 = 被调查者合计答对题数 /被调查者应答题总数x100 %。 第三，分析方法：借助于EpiData3.1软件建立数据库并录入数据,运用 SPSS 11.5软件进行数据整理和统计分析, 统计方法为卡方检验、非条件 Lo -g istic回归分析。 二、对沈阳某社区居民健康知识和行为现况及其影响因素调查的结果分析 第一，一般结果：此次研究共对本社区中的1050人进行了调查分析，发
