In nowadays society, the self-awareness and pursuit of individuality have been emphasized and spread. Therefore, discovery and understanding of the potential needs and shopping motivation of consumers have become the top priority of firms in order to design and develop new products that are able to accord with the physical and psychological habits of consumers; in addition, the accurate product designing criterion and flexible designing rules can be provided to designers; consequently, the existing market can be better targeted and satisfied also the potential market can be extended. In this paper, the HUMANIZATION elements of interactive design will be emphasized and applied to the design of modern dining table. It will firstly demonstrate the actuality and drawbacks of traditional dining table to extend the design principles of modern dining table and propound the philosophy of HUMANIZATION interactive design. Finally, the basic design elements of interactive dining table will be concluded and summarized from the data analysis; so that they can be applied to the real case designing of interactive dining table in order to demonstrate the practicability of the concept and theories of HUMANIZATION interactive design that will be discussed in this paper.
