支持CAN总线的电动车辅助逆变电源的设计

摘 要
现代电子控制技术广泛利用于电动车行业,因为它的电动车之间的参数共享,使它广受电动车行业的青睐。因为有数据交换效率高和抗噪声能力强的CAN总线,使它成为了首选的电动车内部通信网络。
文介绍的电动车三相逆变电源车载辅助逆变电源称为“辅助电源”,如车空调系统中的压缩机转向助力油泵、刹车气泵冷却水循环中的水泵等。CAN的控制总线,发生出来的故障需要向各个节点和上位机进行报告,并对总线中每个发生的故障做出操作,如:在位于显示系统信息,,从底层进行开发各种节点,这样有利于直接选择CAN总线接口的控制芯片,CAN总线的通讯要求,最后用开环仿真可以很好的来实现设计中的故障系统,最后通过上传总线控制,来进行故障管理,实现CAN总线的电动车辅助逆变电源的设计。Modern electronic control technology is widely used in the electric vehicle industry and it is widely favored by the electric vehicle industry because parameters of electric vehicle is shared. Because CAN bus has high efficiency in data exchange and strong ability in anti noise, it became the preferred internal communication network of electric vehicle.
The three-phase inverter of electric vehicle introduced in this paper is vehicle auxiliary inverter of electric inverter and it is known as the auxiliary electrical power source”, which provides load to AC motor among various departments of the electric vehicle, such as the compressor of the electric vehicle’s air conditioning system, power steering pump, brake air pump of electric vehicle and water pump in cooling water cycle. In the design of electric vehicle’s auxiliary power, it requires: (1) keep stable operation of the inverter auxiliary engine in the process of travailing and corresponding working condition can be made according to the requirements of host computer ; (2) when the load power failure of electric vehicle such as engine short-circuit happens, the output needs to be disconnected to secure safe shutdown. Fault happened needs to the various panel points and the host computer through the CAN bus control and every fault in the bus needs to be operated, such as early warning signs in display system of electric vehicle to remind the driver to slow down.
