One view of the “sustainable development” is that as a process rather than as a static end-point -- a process that is not necessarily the same for all countries but that is founded on informed public input from all and the use of integrating tools such as sustainable development impact analysis, cost-internalization techniques, sustainability indicators, and natural resource accounting.
