利用PMSG和LRH-A3诱导间情期秋田犬发情效果的研究 摘要 为了探索提高母犬利用年限和终身产仔数。以不同剂量和给药次数的PMSG与LRH-A3组合的方法，对乏情期母犬进行外源激素诱导发情。第一组为皮下注射PMSG 1500IU∕条，仅注射一次；第二组为皮下注射PMSG 500IU∕条，少量多次，总剂量1500IU。当两组中的母犬综合征状显示最佳配种时同时注射一次LRH-A3 25ug∕条；第三组为空白对照组不注射任何药物，为母犬正常状态。结果，第二组采用少量多次皮下注射PMSG（500IU）进行诱导发情的发情率为37.5%，比第一组，一次注射PMSG(1500IU)的发情率75%，高37.5%（P0.05）。而第一组的受胎率为33.33%，第二组的受胎率是50%，两者相差16.67%（P0.05）。试验证明，在外源性激素PMSG诱导母犬发情排卵时，在配种的同时应用LRH-A3可以促进卵泡发育和排卵，增加可用胚胎数和提高受胎率。 关键词：孕马血清,促性腺激素释放激素，秋田犬，诱导发情 Utilization of estrus Estrus Akita between PMSG and LRH-A3 induced Abstract In order to explore the use of age and improve lifelong bitches litter size.
