凋亡调控因子Survivin、XIAP、c—Jun及NF—κB在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中表达的意义 　　摘要] 目的 探讨凋亡调控因子Survivin、XIAP、c-Jun及NF-κB在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达。 方法 选取2009年3月～2013年3月在我院进行手术切除的卵巢上皮性肿瘤标本59例，采用免疫组化SP法，对卵巢良性肿瘤、卵巢交界性肿瘤、卵巢癌中凋亡调控因子XIAP、转录因子c-Jun、NF-κB的表达进行检测。 结果 卵巢癌组Survivin、XIAP、c-Jun及NF-κB阳性表达率分别为74.29%、71.43%、82.86%及82.86%，均高于卵巢良性肿瘤组和卵巢交界性肿瘤组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。卵巢癌组织中XIAP、Survivin、c-Jun均与NF-κB表达呈正相关（P 0.05）。 结论 临床上检测上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的Survivin、XIAP、c-Jun、NF-κB，对预防、治疗上皮性卵巢肿瘤有十分重要的价值。 　　[关键词] 凋亡调控因子；Survivin；XIAP；c-Jun；NF-κB；卵巢上皮性肿瘤 　　[中图分类号] R737.31 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）02-0021-03 　　Expression and its significance of apoptosis regulatory factors Survivin， c-Jun， XIAP and NF-κB in ovarian epithelial tumors 　　LI Wanghua1 OUYANG Qiang2 　　1.Department of Gynaecology，Dingcheng Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Changde City in Hunan Province， Changde 451001， China； 2.Department of Gynaecology， Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital， Changsha 410013， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the expression and significance of apoptosis regulatory factors Survivin， c-Jun， XIAP and NF-κB in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods A total of 59 patients of operation excision of ovarian epithelial tumor specimens were collected in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2013. The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the ovarian benign tumor， ovarian cancer， ovarian cancer， apoptosis of XIAP transcription factor AP-1 （c-Jun） and the expression of NF-κB in detection. Results The positive expression rate of survivin， XIAP， c-jun and NF-κB of ovarian cancer group were 74.29%，71.43%，82.86%，82.86% respectively， and all were higher than that in benign ovarian tumors group and borderline ovarian tumors group， and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）； The XIAP， Survivin， c-Jun of ovarian cancer tissue were positively correlated with NF-κB expression （P 0.05）.
