Jiangsu Binhai Economic Development Zone Coastal Industry Investment Advantages The provincial industry park---- The most (investment) valuable park of the most (investment) potential city Binhai is an emerging port city in the eastern coast of Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of 1949 square km with a population of 1.2 million and a coastline of 44.6 km. Binhai is honored as the national green model county, the county of Chinese poetry, the county of Chinese couplets, the county of Chinese calligraphy. Besides, it is one of the top 50 small cities with most investment potentiality in China. The natural conditions of our park are unique. This is the only erosive coast in Jiangsu Province, facing the Yellow sea, located in the Yangtze Delta and radiated by Bohai Economic Rim. It serves as the bridge, connecting Japan, Korean and the central and west inland market = 1 \* ROMAN I. Transport facilitation Road transport accessible Provincial highway S226 and the coastal highway being built run across the park. Provincial highway S327, 8 km away from the park in the south, intersects with State Road 204 and connects with Ninglian Road. It only takes 25 minutes by car from the park to the entrance of Binhai County through S327 and Coastal Expressway, 30 minutes by car to Binhai County, 35 minutes by car to State Road 204, one hour 20 minutes by car to Ning-Jing-Yan Expressway, and only three hours to Shanghai through Coastal Expressway. Convenient rail transport It is 110 km away from Binhai County to Yancheng railway station, 120 km to Lianyungang, railway station; the coastal railway being built concludes Binhai port feeder which runs across the park. The designed speed of the coastal railway is 200km/h. It will only take 2h from Binhai to Shanghai when the coastal railway is finished. C.
