癌痛一号膏外敷联合体外高频热疗治疗癌性疼痛30例 伍明辉　(浏阳市中医院,浏阳410300) 摘要：目的:观察癌痛一号膏外敷联合体外高频热疗治疗癌性疼痛临床疗效。方法:对30例癌痛病人采用癌痛一号膏外敷联合体外高频热疗治疗，癌痛一号膏外敷每日1-2次，热疗于贴膏药部位隔日一次，每次60 min ，10d为1个疗程，观察疼痛缓解度及生活质量的改善情况。结果：30例癌性疼痛患者使用癌痛一号膏联合体外高频热疗治疗，完全缓解19例，部分缓解8例，轻度缓解3例。其中中度疼痛患者的显效率为91．67％，重度疼痛患者的显效率为83.33％.全部患者总的显效率为90％。患者的生活质量评分治疗后与治疗前相比有所提高。且起效快,缓解时间长,不良反应轻.结论：癌痛一号膏外敷联合体外高频热疗治疗癌性疼痛疗效确切，不良反应轻，起效快,缓解时间长,且能显著提高患者生存质量,是一种安全有效的止痛方法。 关键词：癌痛一号膏 体外高频热疗 癌性疼痛 Ai –tong-yi-hao past combined with external high frequency hyperthermia in Treatment of cancer pain WU Minghui( Liuyang Hospital of Chinese Medicine ,Liuyang 410300 ,China) Abstract: Objective: To observe efficacy on Ai –tong-yi-hao past combined with external high frequency hyperthermia in treatment of cancer pain. Method: 30 cases of cancer pain patients are received the treatment of Ai –tong-yi-hao past combined with external high frequency hyperthermia, Ai –tong-yi-hao past ,1-2 times a day, hyperthermia in plaster site once every other day, every time 60min,10d 1courses, observation of pain relief and quality of life improvement. Result: 30 cases of cancer pain patients received Ai –tong-yi-hao past combined with external high frequency hyperthermia treatment, complete remission in 19 cases, partial remission in 8 cases, mild relief in 3 cases ; Moderate pain in patients with markedly effective rate of 91.67%, severe pain in patients with markedly effective rate was 83.33% of all patients markedly effective rate was 90%;The patients quality of life scores after treatment compared with before treatment improved;And enjoyed fast onset, long duration of remission, mild adverse reactions. Conclusion： Ai –tong-yi-hao past combined with external high frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of cancer pain is Curative effective, have mild adverse reactions ,rapid onset, long duration of remission, and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients. So,It is a safe and effective method to relieve cancer pain. Key Words： cancer pain
