摘 要 现代零售企业往往采用连锁加盟的经营模式以扩大企业规模，加速企业发展速度。然而，现有研究却很少关注连锁加盟的经营模式缺点的改善。文章在文献探讨的基础上提出连锁加盟的经营模式的问题所在，并从已有的连锁体系形成的理论中寻找相应的理论支持，并针对广泛的采用连锁加盟的新型零售业态，连锁加盟的企业进行实证分析。分析表明，连锁加盟的经营理念能有进一步的改进与提升空间，从而加大企业的市场竞争力。连锁加盟经营理念贯穿于企业战略发展的各个阶段，是企业战略规划及其其他各项工作的基础。因此，经营模式的选择，直接关系到企业市场竞争力的高低。 尽管中国的企业对于连锁经营管理已经有了一定的认识，但是很多企业在这方面的经营理念还停留在初始阶段，还存在着很多问题有待改善。 本文通过对连锁加盟经营模式及其相关理论的认识，结合街客经营模式的现状，提出街客所存在的问题，并就其问题提出相关的措施，进而提高街客的市场竞争力。 关键词：连锁加盟；经营模式；街客 ABSTRACT Companies tend to use modern retail franchising business model to expand the enterprise scale, accelerate business growth. However, existing studies have paid little attention to shortcomings of franchising business model improvement. Articles discussed in the literature based on the franchising business model problem, and the chain system from the existing theory of the formation to find the corresponding theoretical support, and extensive use of franchising for the new retail formats, franchise business empirical analysis. Analysis showed that Franchise business philosophy to the improvement and further enhance the space, thereby increasing their market competitiveness. Therefore, the choice of business model is directly related to the level of competitiveness of the enterprise market.
