本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 新型楔形夹头的设计 学生姓名： XXX 系 别： 机械与控制工程学院 专业年级：机械设计制造及其自动化本科 指导教师： XXX 2015年 6 月 10 日 摘 要 夹具被广泛应用于各种行业，其主要作用就是用来有效定位、支撑、夹紧元件，尽可能使元件的安装固定变的迅速、准确、方便，尽可能的缩减无用功。由于夹具的广泛应用，夹具也诞生出了各种分类，其中楔形夹头就是被广泛应用于电拉验机的夹具。之所以应用楔形夹头作为电拉试验机的夹头，主要是因为它的自锁性。在拉力试验中，随着试验的进行，夹板会对试件夹得越来越紧，避免了随着试验的进行由于拉力的增大而使试件脱落。但楔形的自锁性也有一个巨大的缺点，那就是随着试验的进行，当拉力增大到一定程度后，夹板对试件的夹紧也达到了一个很大的强度，以至于出现锁死现象，使得试件不能轻松取出，这对于试验结束后的试件拆卸造成了很大的麻烦。 本课题针对这一问题对楔形夹头的夹体做了相应的改进，以达到在不影响夹头工作的情况下解除锁死现象。相对于一体化的夹体，改进后可移动的夹体可以很轻松的打开因为夹体形变而产生的锁死。 关键词：夹具；楔形夹头；夹体；锁死；可移动夹体 ABSTRACT Fixture is widely used in various industries，its main function is to effectively locate， supporting and clamping of components of the device，as far as possible to make the components of the installation of fixed of rapid， accurate and convenient， as far as possible to reduce useless.Due to the wide application of fixture fixture was also born out of the various classifications，which wedge chuck is widely used in electric pull test machine fixture.The application of wedge chuck chuck as pull test machine，mainly because of its self.In the tensile test，with the test，the splint can get more and more tension，and avoid the test piece shedding due to the increase of the tension..But wedge self-locking also has a huge drawback，that is with the test，when the lag increases to a certain extent，splint on the specimen clamping reached a lot of strength， that the emergence of the phenomenon of locking，the specimen can not be taken out easily，and the test after the end of the test pieces of the demolition caused a lot of trouble.
