STS视域下应急管理学科技能型知识体系研究与实践* 钱洪伟1,2 1河南理工大学安全与应急管理研究中心，河南 焦作，454000 2河南理工大学应急管理学院，河南 焦作，454000 摘要：国内外学者对应急管理学科知识讲授各有侧重，学科知识体系不统一，追究其根本原因是不同领域学者没有共同话语平台，最主要是应急管理学科知识体系内容存在应急科学理论、技能及社会不协同，不同领域学者关注内容不一致，造成对知识体系建构存在差异。为此，在对国内外应急管理学科知识体系研究现状分析基础上，应用STS(科学技术与社会)理论，提出框架，给出了该框架的操作方案，以河南理工大学应急管理学科知识体系建设进行实证探讨。研究表明，构建STS视域下应急管理学科技能型知识体系，对于构建应急管理学科具体技能型知识体系设置，包括技能实操、教学方法、教材都具有实际指导意义，对于推动应急管理学科实际教学具有较好的效果。 关键词：应急管理；学科；知识体系；STS(科学技术与社会) research and practice of emergency management skill knowledge system from the perspective of STS QIAN Hong-wei1,2 1 Safety Emergency Management Research Center,Henan Polytechnic University ,Jiaozuo Henan 454000,China 2 School of Emergency Management,Henan Polytechnic University,Jiaozuo Henan 454000,China Abstract: the domestic and foreign scholars have different emphasis on the teaching of emergency management of subject knowledge, subject knowledge system is not unified, investigate its reason is the different scholars have no common discourse platform, the most important is the emergency management knowledge system there emergency scientific theories, skills and social not cooperative, scholars in different fields concerned content inconsistent, resulting in knowledge system construction differences. Therefore, in the management of knowledge system based on the analysis of research status of emergency at home and abroad, the application of STS (science technology and Society) theory, put forward the framework of the operation, this framework is given, taking Henan Polytechnic University emergency construction of knowledge management discipline of empirical study. Research shows that, the construction of emergency management skill knowledge system under STS, for the construction of emergency management discipline specific skills knowledge system, has the practical significance including teaching skills, teaching methods, practice, for practical teaching has a good effect to promote emergency management discipline.
