鸟苷酸环化酶C在大肠癌患者外周血中的表达及其临床意义 摘 要 目的 探讨鸟甘酸环化酶C（GCC）在大肠癌患者外周血中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用RT-PCR法对32例大肠癌患者、25例大肠良性病变患者、30例健康体检者外周血中GCC表达情况进行检测，并对大肠癌病理指标与GCCmRNA表达阳性率之间关系进行研究。结果 32例大肠癌患者中，GCCmRNA的阳性检出率为65.63%(21/32)，良性组中GCCmRNA的阳性检出率为20.00%（5/25），而对照组中未见GCC mRNA表达；三组外周血中表达阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。大肠癌患者GCC mRNA表达水平与Duke分期、淋巴结转移和肝转移密切相关（P＜0.05），与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小等无关（P＞0.05）。结论 GCCmRNA在大肠癌患者外周血中阳性表达率较高，特别是复发或转移病例，可作为大肠癌术后复发、转移的早期检测指标之一。 关键词 鸟甘酸环化酶C；大肠癌；临床意义 Expression and significance of Guanylyl Cyclase C in colorectal carcinoma [Abstract] Objective Explore the expression and its clinical significance of GCC in colorectal carcinoma , and provide a theoretical reference for the clinical prevention and treatment. Methods In 32 cases of colorectal cancer, 25 patients with benign colorectal lesions, 30 cases of healthy donors were detected in GCC expression by RT-PCR method, and to study the relationship between pathological indexes and the positive expression rate of GCCmRNA in colorectal carcinoma. Results In 32 cases of colorectal cancer patients, the positive rate of GCCmRNA was 65.63%(21/32), GCCmRNA in benign group, the positive rate was 20% (5/25), while the control group did not find in the GCC mRNA expression, negative; three groups of the peripheral blood expression rate difference has statistics significance (P0.05). Patients with colorectal cancer GCC expression and Duke stage, lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis is closely related to mRNA (P 0.05), independent of age, gender, tumor size (P0.05). Conclusion GCCmRNA in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer the positive expression rate is higher, especially in recurrent or metastatic cases, which can be used as one of indexes of early detection of recurrence, metastasis after operation.
