摘 要 本设计通过详细介绍山西交口华润梁家沟煤业有限公司的井田概况和地质特征，经过一系列的方案论证比较，选择了适合本矿井的开拓方式、采煤方法和各生产系统。本次设计主要针对兼并重组整合后的山西交口梁家沟煤业有限公司井田内10、11号煤层进行开拓布置采煤工艺设计。经过技术经济比较，煤矿设计生产能力为120万t/a，原煤生产效率：10.57t/工，投资回收期：5.13a。采煤方法采用走向倾斜一次采全高开采方法，使用综合机械化采煤工艺。井下煤炭运输系统采用胶带输送机运输，辅助运输系统采用调度绞车牵引车牵引矿车。矿井开拓方式为斜井和立井混合开拓，主斜井进风，回风立井回风，风井位于主斜井西南侧约400m左右，矿井通风系统为中央并列式。 总之，通过技术经济等多方面的比较得出本设计的开拓方案、采煤方法等均能满足矿井的开采需求。 关键词：斜井和立井混合开拓；倾斜 一次采全高；综合机械化采煤；中央并列式通风。 Abstract The design of the intersection through the details of Shanxi Coal Industry Co., Ltd.
