百会穴长留针疗法 对智力偏低大鼠学习记忆能力影响的实验研究 陈华德， 李勇 浙江中医药大学，杭州 310053 摘要目的：观察百会穴长留针疗法对智力偏低大鼠学习记忆能力的影响, 为临床上治疗智力相对偏低人群筛选出一种有效、方便的治疗方法，并为百会穴长留针疗法治疗智力相对偏低人群提供有效的实验依据。方法：将170只SD大鼠通过Morris水迷宫进行筛选、分组，设立低智对照组、高智对照组、百会穴长留针组和西药对照组四个组。每10天用Morris水迷宫测试一次，观察3次。实验结束后用比色法测海马组织中ChAT、AchE活力。结果：①在Morris水迷宫实验中，观察发现治疗30天后，与低智对照组比较，百会穴长留针组和西药对照组能显著缩短定位航行试验的潜伏期(P0.01)；②在空间探索试验中，与低智对照组比较，百会穴长留针组和西药对照组能提高跨越原平台位置的次数(P0.05)；③与低智对照组相比，百会长留针组、西药对照组能升高脑组织ChAT活力，其差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)；④与低智对照组相比，百会穴长留针与西药对照组均能抑制脑组织中AchE活力（P0.01，P0.05）。结论：百会穴长留针可以改善大鼠学习记忆能力，其机制可能是通过提高ChAT的活力，增加Ach含量; 降低AchE的活性，减少Ach消耗,进而改善大鼠学习记忆能力。 关键词百会穴；针刺；长留针法；学习记忆能力；大鼠 Effects of Long-Time-Retaining Needle at Baihui on the Rats Relative Low Intelligence of the Learning and Memory CHEN Hua-de, LI Yong( Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, Hangzhou, 310053, China) 【ABSTRACT】Objective Observed the effects of long-time-retaining needle therapy at Baihui on the rats with relative low intelligence of learning and memory.
