摘要 为了适应兰新线的第六次提速，无缝线路中的无缝道岔的设计计算作一简介。 无缝线路是铁路发展的必然。而设计铺设跨区间无缝线路时道岔的设计计算铺设是难点之一。本设计采用的是直股焊联、侧股未焊的半焊联无缝道岔，道岔里股承受的温度力通过有关部件传递给基本轨，就形成基本轨附加温度力最主要的一部分，另一部分又转化为尖轨及基本轨的位移。所以计算里轨伸缩位移和基本轨附加温度力是尤为重要的。通过计算来分析它们对无缝道岔的变形、强度及稳定性的影响。在这里，设计计算模型的建立、计算参数的选用及合理计算理论的设立是非常必要的。通过计算的结果来分别绘制尖轨，基本轨的伸缩位移图和基本轨附加力图。再通过强度及稳定性检算来反映设计计算的合理性。本设计是符合要求的，可以用在跨区间无缝道岔铺设中。 关键词：无缝道岔 伸缩位移 附加温度力 计算参数 Abstract In order to accommodate the sixth railway speed acceleration in the line from Lan Zhou to XinJiang. this paper gives a brief introduction to the design and calculation of the joint less railway switch in the joint less track which is inevitable in the development of the railway.
