Lesson 9 Shipping Advice 装船通知 Lesson 9 Shipping Advice 装船通知 Introduction 装船通知是出口商在货物装船后给进口方的通知。 装船通知的主要内容包括： 1. 收件人名称和地址； 2. 合同号或信用证号； 3. 货名； 4. 数量； 5. 金额； 6. 船名； 7. 开航日期； 8. 提单号码； 9. 发货日期等。 Lesson 9 Shipping Advice 装船通知 Specimen Lesson 9 Shipping Advice 装船通知 Contents 1) Exporter (出口方) It will indicate the name, address and details of exporter. 2) To (至) It is the name and address of receiver of the shipping advice, who should be the applicant of L/C or the person named in the L/C. 3) Shipping advice （装船通知）：指单据的标题 The title should be the same as stipulated in the relevant L/C. 4) Date (出单日期) It should be the issuing date of Shipping advice. 5) L/C number (信用证号码) Unless otherwise stated, Shipping Advice under L/C should carry the number of L/C. 6) Contract (买卖合同) Unless otherwise declared, Shipping Advice should carry the number of relevant contract. 7) From… to (从……至……) It should be the port of shipment and port of destination and transshipment if any. 8) Shipping Marks (唛头) If the outer packing of goods has more than two marks, each mark should match the corresponding description of goods. 9) Quantity and Description （货物描述） It should be filled in according to L/C. If there is no specific requirement in the L/C, name of goods, specification, quantity, outer packing and number of packages can be indicated. 10) Unit price (单价) It should be the same as that in the invoice. 11) Amount (金额) It should be the same as that in the L/C and the invoice. 12) Total （总额） It covers the total quantity and total weight of the goods. 13) Name of the vessel (载货船舶的名称) It should be the name of vessel with the second ship in case of transshipment. 14) Date of shipment (装船日期) It is the issuing date of B/L. 15) B/L number (提单号码) Number of B/L, estimated time of departure or estimated time of arrival shall be indicated if required in L/C. 16) Signature (出单人签章) It i
