石首市第二人民医院检验科便携式血糖检测仪采血笔 临床使用管理规范 为规范各级各类医疗机构便携式血糖检测仪采血笔的临床使用管理，降低医疗器械导致医源性感染的潜在风险，确保医疗安全，特制定便携式血糖检测仪采血笔临床使用管理规范。 一、严格遵循无菌技术原则，遵守临床采血操作规程，执行卫生部《便携式血糖仪血液葡萄糖测定指南》，加强采血过程中医源性感染的预防和控制，切实保障临床医疗安全。 （一）根据皮肤厚薄程度调好采血针的深度。用温水或中性肥皂洗净双手。 （二）用75%酒精消毒手指，待酒精完全挥发后再用采血笔刺破手指，保证测量的准确；不宜采用含碘消毒剂(如碘伏、碘酒)消毒皮肤。 （三）取血点选在手指偏侧面,取血后用棉棒按压手指10秒钟至不出血为止。 （四）必须严格按无菌技术操作，防止采血部位感染，避免交叉感染。 （五）必须每人每次一枚采血针，用过的采血针应丢弃在“锐器废物容器”内，并严格按照医院感染要求进行废物处置。 （六）便携式血糖检测仪使用后表面应进行常规清洁，以避免残留血液。 二、必须对采血笔和采血针的相关证明进行审核，确保资质合法，并严格按照产品说明书实施操作。 三、可重复使用的采血笔只限于一名患者专人专用，严禁用于多名患者。 四、对不同患者进行监测血糖采血操作时，必须使用一次性采血装置；使用后的一次性采血装置不得重复使用，应当按照国家有关规定销毁，并作记录。 五、要加强对全体操作人员医院感染相关工作规范和标准、专业技术知识的培训，操作人员应当掌握与开展工作相关的医院感染预防与控制方面的知识，落实工作规范和要求。  position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
