传承百年精神 凝聚妇女力量 共促科学发展 ——在全市纪念“三八”国际劳动妇女节100周年大会上的讲话 杨 卫 泽 （2010年3月8日） 同志们： 在这春意盎然的美好时节，我市各界妇女代表欢聚一堂，隆重纪念“三八”国际劳动妇女节100周年。我谨代表市委、市人大、市政府、市政协，向出席今天大会的妇女代表，并通过你们，向全市广大妇女同志致以节日的问候！向所有关心支持我市妇女事业发展的同志们、朋友们表示衷心的感谢！ 100年前诞生的“三八”国际劳动妇女节是国际妇女运动蓬勃发展的产物。20世纪初，西方各国处在快速工业化和经济扩张阶段，恶劣的工作条件和低廉的工资使得各类抗议和罢工活动此起彼伏。1908年3月8日，15000名纽约妇女走上街头，要求缩短工作时间，增加工资和享有选举权，喊出了象征经济保障和生活质量的“面包加玫瑰”的口号。1910年8月，在丹麦哥本哈根召开的第二届国际社会主义妇女代表大会上，德国妇女运动领袖克拉拉·蔡特金女士倡议与会代表积极响应 position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
