北方民族大学 学年论文 论文题目: 区域经济协调发展对策研究 学 院 名 称: 经济学院 学 生 姓 名: 吴优 专 业: 经济学 学 号: 指导教师姓名: 任志军 论文提交时间: 2013年9月1日 摘要 区域经济发展战略是市场经济发展的产物,是为了弥补市场缺陷而产生的政府对经济发展的宏观调节行为。因此,严格地说,我国的区域经济发展战略是改革开放后才正式形成的,并越来越显示出特殊的重要性。党的十六大提出统筹区域发展,标志着我国区域经济协调发展从我国经济全局进入全面实施阶段。因此,研究、完善和实施区域经济协调发展战略布局成为我国区域政策体系中最重要的、最紧迫的任务之一。本文研究得出的主要结论是:对中国这样一个幅员辽阔、多民族融合且基础较差、发展又极不平衡的发展中国家来说,促进区域经济的协有着非常重要的意义,只要方法得当,措施得力,实现区域经济的协调发展是有能的。ABSTRACT The regional economic development strategy is the product of the development of market economy, is in order to make up for market defect of the governments macro adjustment of economic development. Therefore, strictly speaking, Chinas regional economic development strategy is formally formed after the reform and opening to the outside world, and increasingly shows the importance of the special. The partys 16th national congress put forward as a whole the area development, indicates that regional economic coordinated development of our country from entered the stage of full implementation of the global economy in our country. Therefore, the study, improve and implement the strategy of regional economy coordination development layout and become the most important thing in our regional policy system, one of the most urgent task.
