树仔菜浸提液对几种植物种子萌发的影响   [摘 要] 以黄豆、绿豆、小白菜和韭菜种子为受体材料,采用室内培养皿滤纸床法研究树仔菜浸提液的化感作用影响,为解决农业生产实践中连作障碍问题提供科学依据。结果表明,10g/mL、50g/mL、90g/mL树仔菜浸提液均对受体材料种子萌发率均有一定抑制作用,其发芽率均比对照低;对黄豆、绿豆和小白菜幼苗株高的抑制作用最为明显,对韭菜幼苗株高则存在低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的作用,对韭菜幼苗株高在浓度90g/L时为抑制作用,在浓度为10g/L时为促进作用,在浓度为50g/L时等同对照;对黄豆和小白菜幼苗鲜重都表现抑制作用,对绿豆和韭菜则存在低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的作用,对绿豆幼苗鲜重在浓度10g/L时表现促进作用,在浓度为50g/L、90g/L时表现抑制作用,对韭菜幼苗鲜重在浓度10g/L、50g/L时表现促进作用,在浓度为90g/L时表现抑制作用。因此,在蔬菜栽培制度中树仔菜可与绿豆、韭菜进行合理的轮作和间套作,但不适宜与黄豆、小白菜进行轮作和间套作。   [关键词] 植物 树仔菜 浸提液 种子萌发 化感作用   The influencing effect of Leaching solution of ShuZai Caion several kinds of Plant seed germination   Lv Neng-biao1,Wu Ting-xue2,Wu Jia-fang1,Ren Xue-jun1,Zhang yue1,Lu Ying-hong1   (1.College of Tropical Biology and Agronomy,Qiongzhou University,Sanya,Hainan,572000;   2.Nansheng TownPeople’s Governmentin Wuzhishan City.Wuzhishan Hainan,572219)   Abstract: The allelopathy of leaching solution from the ShuZaiCai, hispida on the seed germination of soybean, mung bean, chinese cabbage and leek were investigated by adopting indoor petri dish bioassay in order to provide the scientific basis of continuous cropping barrier solution in production practice. It is found that the leaching solution at the concentrations of 10, 50and 90g/L had significant inhibiting effects on the seed germination rates of soybean, mung bean, chinese cabbage and leek. The germination rates of soybean, mung bean, chinese cabbage and leek were lower in the treatments with 10, 50and 90g/L leaching solution /L than in the control with distilled water. The seedlings high of soybean, mung bean and chinese cabbage was increased at lower concentrations. The seedlings high of leek was increased at lower concentrations, and decreased at higher concentration. The seedlings high of leek was inhibited at 90g/L, and stimulated at 10g/L, and was equal to the control group at 50g/L.
