新媒体与党的建设认识思考 　　摘 要 新媒体建立在数据处理技术、互联网和移动通讯基础之上，以互联网和手机为信息传播的主要形式，与报刊、广播、电视等传统媒体区别显著。新媒体以快速、丰富、互动等特征，改变了党的建设环境，传统党建理念与方式都受其冲击。新媒体发展使党的建设面临机遇与挑战，厘清新媒体带来的环境变化，剖析新媒体的本质，感知新媒体对党的建设的未来影响，认清新媒体技术变革的实质，防止简单技术倾向，回归社会关系本体、健全新媒体背景下的思维方式、把握规范体系与既定体系的关联，革新党与媒体关系，发现存在问题，探究进一步发展趋势，对于不断提高党的执政能力，具有重要现实意义。 　　关键词 新媒体 党建 问题 环境 　　中图分类号：G41 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/ki.kjdkz.2015.08.039 　　Thinking on New media and Party Building Awareness 　　YANG Lu， HONG Tao 　　（Nanjing Xiaozhuang University， Nanjing， Jiangsu 210008） 　　Abstract： The new media is built on the basis of data processing， Internet and mobile communication. The main form of information dissemination is the Internet and mobile phones. There are a lot of difference between the new media and traditional media such as newspapers， radio， TV and so on. The new media has changed the environment of the party building with the features of fast， rich and interactive. The traditional ideas and methods of Party construction are subjected to its impact. The development of new media makes the construction of the party faced with chances and challenges. Clarify the environmental changes brought about by the new media， analyze the essence of new media， perception of the future influence of new media on the construction of the party， recognize the essence of new media technology change， to prevent simple technical tendencies， regression social relations Ontology， improve the thinking mode of the new media background， to grasp the correlation between the standard system and the established system， reform the relationship between the party and the media， found problems， explore the further development trend.？All these have important practical significance for improving the partys ruling ability continuously. 　　Keywords： New media; construction of the party; question;？environment 　　新兴媒体的迅猛发展和数字技术的广泛运用已成为不可阻挡的潮流，成为影响当今社会经济政治最重要的力量之一，它改变的不仅是信息传播方式、速度、内容，还深刻影响着中国的政治生态环境。日益觉醒的公民意识和新媒体发布信息的便捷性使人们习惯于用新信息载体来表达和体现自己的诉求，新媒体改变了党的建设环境，党的建设理念与方式都受到冲击。
