体验人性化商业空间 体验人性化商业空间 ——商业综合体研究 EXPERIENCING HUMANITY COMMERCIAL SPACE STUDY ON COMMERCIAL COMPLEX 工程领域 建筑与土木工程 研 究 生 王华玲 指导教师 袁逸倩 副教授 企业导师 吕京庆 副教授 天津大学建筑学院 2006 年 6 月中文摘要 在当今商品经济的社会里，商业是生活的重要内容之一。现代商业建筑在 追求商业利益的同时也特别关注社会价值、公共利益和文化品位，它强烈地影 响着人们的生活模式。商业建筑的优劣对于提升人类生活品质有着举足轻重的 关键作用。成功的商业建筑既能获得可观的商业利润，又能对社会公共生活起 着有益的引导。 现代商业建筑的一个典型特例是商业综合体。它是城市“有机共生”的一 种体现，既满足城市立体化发展对建筑的多功能要求，又能有效地调整城市空 间结构，活跃了城市景观。目前，商业综合体发展迅速，且多与高层建筑的开 发结合在一起，既能减少交通负荷，又节约了用地，成为当今最具优势和潜力 的商业建筑形式之一。 本文以发现问题、解决问题的思维方式，从城市设计角度和人文角度出发， 结合大量实例，研究商业综合体与城市在人群心理、空间环境上的关系和商业 综合体的空间形态和表现，研究其创作思想和多元化设计手法，以实现文脉传 承、信息传递等功能为目的。积极探索新型商业空间的发展趋势，力求在“商·人 环境”的塑造中，确立一切以人为本，实现人性化商业建筑空间的舒适性、公 共性、开放性与文化性相结合，满足人在“高技术”环境下的“高情感”需求， 体现“商业人文主义”的建筑创作观。 关键词：商业综合体 城市设计 人性化商业空间 商业人文主义ABSTRACT In now commodity economy society, the trade is one of life important contents. The social values, public advantages and cultural personal status are especially paid attention to the modern commercial construction at the same to pursuing commercial interest. The life modes of people are affected intensely. The good and bad of commercial constructions will have the key functions to promote the humanity life quality. The success commercial constructions can not only obtain considerable commercial profits but also give the beneficial guidance of social public life. The commercial complex is the typical exceptional case of modern commercial construction, it is one kind manifests of the organic Para genesis of city, and it can not only satisfy the construction multi-purpose requests to three-dimensional developments but also adjust the city spatial structures effectively and enlivened the landscape. At present, the commercial complex compounds development is rapid and develop with high-floor constructions, thus both can reduce the translations load but save the land, become one of the most superiority and potential commercial complex.
