毕业设计说明书 学生姓名： 王珂 学 号： 座机电话号码 学　 院： 机电工程学院 专业年级： 机械设计制造及其自动化07级8班 题 目： 立式铣床X-Y数控工作台结构设计 指导教师： 龚中良教授 评阅教师： 2011年　5月 摘要 本设计是在数控机床工作原理之上设计一台简单的、经济型的X-Y数控铣床工作台。本人致力于整机机械系统的设计，即包括电动机的选择，丝杆传动部分的设计，导轨及滑块的设计，整机外形的设计。设计思路是从数控工作台的性能和工作动作要求入手，并以国内的质量和技术性能接近设计要求的工作台为基础，研究国外的先进机器，设计出市场适用的数控工作台。图纸采用AutoCAD绘制。经过认真得设计计算，查找资料撰写设计论文。 随着科学技术的不断进步和工业生产的不断发展，许多新技术新工艺新设备不断涌现。本文的数控工作台装置，它是针对市场的需要而设计的，进一步提高铣床工作台精度及其效率，同时缩短工作台生产成本，使之在同类设计竞争中处于优势地位。 关键词： 数控机床 工作台 Title CNC Vertical milling machineX-y workbench design Abstract: This design controls a tool machine work in the number principle on design one set simple of, the X-Y number of economic type control workbench.I concentrate on the design of the whole machine machine system, then the choice that includes electric motor, the silk pole spreads the design of part and leads a track and slips the design of piece, the design of the whole machine shape.Designing the way of thinking is function and work that controls a work set from the number to act to request to commence, and with the local quality and the technique has access to the work set of designing the request for foundation, study the advanced machine of abroad, design a number that market applies to control workbench.The diagram paper adoption AutoCAD draws.Passing by hard must design a calculation and check to seek data to compose to design a thesis. Along with the continuously developing of the progressing unremittingly of science technique and the industrial production, the many crafts with new technique new equipments continuously flows out now.The textual number controls workbench to equip, it is the demand but design that aims at a market of, raise the miller work set accuracy and its efficiency further, shorten to work set production cost at the same time, make it be placed in an advantage position in the same kind design competition.
