供应链环境下配送中心库存控制方法研究 摘 要 现代物流业是现代经济的重要组成部分,是我国工业化进程中最为经济合理的综合服务模式。作为现代物流系统的重要环节,配送中心受到广泛关注。配送中心连接着供货点和需求点,是两者之间的桥梁,优化配送中心设备配置,控制库存费用,降低运营成本,提高服务水平,对于整个物流系统都具有重要的作用。 本文以对配送中心日常作业流程的细致分析为基础,以有效配置配送中心基本作业设备、提高作业效率和降低营运成本为目标。首先对库存和配送中心相关内容进行了介绍，比较分析了企业库存和配送中心库存之间区别，为下面更好的介绍配送中心库存控制作铺垫。然后通过库存模型对传统配送中心库存控制方法和现代配送中心库存控制方法进行介绍，并分析了其局限性。最后对库存控制模型进行了优化分析。文章主要内容如下： 第1章主要介绍了本文的研究背景与意义。 第2章主要阐述了库存控制相关概念,并对配送中心的库存控制相关内容进行了介绍。 第3章通过配送中心库存控制方法与模型的结合,对现有的配送中心库存控制方法进行了研究,并对现有库存控制模型在配送中心的应用局限性进行了分析。 第4章优化分析了不确定性需求条件下配送中心库存控制的优化模型。 结论与展望：主要是对全文进行了总结,并指出了本文的不足之处和需要改进的地方,对本文需进一步研究的内容进行了展望。 关键词：不确定需求；配送中心；库存控制；方法研究；模型设计 Research on inventory control of distribution center in supply chain environment Abstract The modern logistics industry is an important part of the modern economy,it is countrys industrialization process, the most economical and reasonable mode of service.As an important part of modern logistics system, distribution center is widespread concerned.Connection with the supply points and demand points to the distribution center is a bridge between the two, optimizing the device configuration of the distribution centers, inventory control costs, reduce operational costs, improve service levels for the entire logistics system plays an important role.
