毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目： 内六角螺钉注塑模具设计 学生姓名： 仇远力 学 号： 120012224 学 院： 科信学院机械部 专 业： 材料成型及其控制工程 班 级： 成型1222班 指导教师： 李阳 2016 年 6 月 6 日 摘 要 本文针对塑料内六角螺钉，选用尼龙（PA6）塑料材料制造该零件；对于尼龙（PA6）塑料材料的成型工艺选定，设计其模具的浇口、流道等型腔结构的设计。 由于所要生产的内六角螺钉塑件尺寸比较小，因此我们采用一模两腔的模具生产结构。本内六角螺钉注塑模具设计为双滑块斜导柱两分型面结构，旨在使塑料螺钉零件质地匀称，合格率高，缺陷小，实现产品的高质量大量生产，我们致力于打造易于前任的一副优质模具。 采用Creo Parametric 2.0、EMX8.0三维软件及CAD二维软件制图来实现模具的三维模具设计和模具零件三维设计。分析内六角螺钉的质量和分型面的选取，对模具结构以及注射机的有关参数进行校核，并用AutoCAD软件绘制出一套模具总装配图和零件图。 ?关键词：?塑料螺钉 注射模 浇口 斜导柱 分型面 Abstract The plastic inner hexagon screws for, choose polyamide (PA6) plastic materials to produce the parts; selected for the forming process of polyamide (PA6) plastic material, design of gate and runner and cavity structure of the mold design. Using Creo Parametric 2.0, EMX8.0, 3 d software and CADtwo-dimensional graphics software to realize the distributor housing 3 d mold design and mold parts 3 d design.analysis of the quality of the parts and the parting surface design. and in the process of product design and mold assembly, auxiliary to the necessary precision and theoretical calculation, combine digital design and theoretical calculation.shorten the product development cycle.
