Objective 目的 This is to provide the calibration operation of Linear height standard block in order to ensure the calibration result accuracy. 规范校正操作，确保校正结果准确Scope of Application 适用范围 This instruction applied the Linear height standard block calibration operation in Compart Precision Shenzhen Co.Ltd. 适用于肯发校. Operation Procedure 操作程序 3.1 Calibration: POLO length measuring machine and fixture. 校标准. 3.2 Calibration environment: Temperature 20±2°C ,Relative humidity 65%. 校环境；温度20°C, 相对湿度65%. 3.3 Calibration period: Six months 180 days . 校周期：6个月 180天 3.4 Calibration methods: 校方法： 3.4.1Visual inspection 外观检查： Visual inspect theno rusting 、nick or any defect affect measurement accuracy. 高度仪标准块的量面不应有锈蚀、碰伤、划及其它影响准确度的外观缺陷 3.4.2 Dimension error calibration 尺寸误差校 Put the standard block of Linear height fix in the U type of chunk on the float worktable,disentange the lock knob in order that the inside measure head is touch with the measuring side of the standard block ,and then turn on the rise and fall knob of the inside measure head ,read the distances from the upper、middle and down position to record the calibration results after stability. 将高度仪标准块水平放置在浮动工作台上的U形块内,松开锁定旋钮,使内径测头与标准块测量面轻轻接触,然后旋转内径测头升降旋钮,在标准测量面的上、中、下 三个 位置取三点 ，待稳定后记录校正结果. 3.5 Results analyze 校结果处理 The calibration allow tolerance of the is±0.002mm. 高度仪标准块校正允许误差为 If the calibrate results in allow tolerance, put the pass label; if the calibrate results out of allow tolerance, then redo calibration according to the process3.4.2;otherwise, it must be repaired and repeat calibrated. 若各校点误差在允许误差之内为合格，贴上合格标签；若校点误差有超 出允收标准，则应重复执行3.4.2步骤，不合格则需要修理重新校. 3.6 According to the calibrate results fill in calibration report. 根据校结果填写报告.4.0 Attachment 附页 Nil 无. 肯发精密仪器 深圳 有限公司 COMPART PRECISION SHENZHEN CO.,LTD.
