略论我国物流配送的创新发展 Brief analysis on the innovative development of logistics distribution in China 摘 要 21世纪随着我国加入WTO，在发展社会主义经济体制的过程中，涉足物流可谓趋之若鹜，怎样正视其良莠不齐的层次性，难免会有这样或那样的问题。世界需要中国，中国需要世界，整个物流配送体系则是维系中国经济发展的机遇和动力，权衡利弊基于当代和平与发展的世界主流，包括和谐中国在内所有想成为地球村的合格居民，就必须行动起来，投身于数字化世界，以适应地球村的生存环境。诚然，现代物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术，已成为世界经济发展的热点之一，我国政府机构对物流产业在中国的健康发展给予了高度重视，本文就我国物流配送的现状及发展进行了分析阐述。针对当前乃至今后我国物流配送发展的现状和存在的问题，着重阐述和演绎物流理论和分析其操作流程，在充分注意到我国计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制过渡的现实的同时，正视其发展趋势和现实意义。综述了国内外学者的若干新观点，并适时相应地提出了新的看法，强调了当前我国物流配送发展的必要性和现实性。 关键词：物流配送 库存 供应链管理 物流成本管理 Abstract With our joining the WTO in the 21st Century, in the progress of developing socialist economic system and blooming logistics industry, there must be some issues when we learn how to face up to the level of its good and bad. The World needs China, vice versa. The whole logistics distribution system is to maintain the opportunities and motivation of China economic development, if you weigh the advantages and disadvantages, based on world peace and development of contemporary mainstream, those who want to be qualified residents of the global village including harmonious China, have to be involved in the digital world in order to adapt the living environment of the global village . Truly, modern logistics managment, as an advanced organization and management technology, has already been a hot topic of world economic development, and our government has attached great importance to the healthy development of logistics development in China.
