Partnership Accounts?合伙账户Where the Customer is a partnership, the Customer represents that the General or Limited Partnership Agreement is in writing and provides that the partnership will not terminate upon the death or incapacity of any one of the partners; the partners and the partnership are in compliance with and shall remain in compliance with all rules and regulations applicable to their activities including, but not limited to, the rules and regulations of the CFTC, NFA, the Commodity Exchange Act, and State Laws in which the partnership was formed; the partners are jointly and severally liable to EXCHANGE for any and all transactions and obligations made in conjunction with this account and are bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement; and the partnership shall promptly notify EXCHANGE in writing of the death or retirement of any partner, or any change in the partnership agreement.
