Unit 4 Finding your way Grammar 【课程标准要求】 1．了解常用语言形式的基本结构和常用表意功能 2．在实际运用中体会和领悟语言形式的表意功能 3．理解和掌握描述人和物的表达方式 4．理解和掌握描述具体事件和具体行为的发生，发展过程的表达方式 5．初步掌握描述时间，地点，方位的表达方式 6．理解掌握比较人，物体及事物的表达方式 【教学目标 能掌握冠词的用法。 【重点难点】 词汇：across inside outside above below sign over bench 词组：lie on the grass , an open area , across the bridge ,in front of , on the left/right ,one…the other 【学法指导】 1.通过查字典和教学参考书了解词组和句型的用法，课堂上进行交流展示。 2.小组合作解决上述重难点内容，合作解决在学习中遇到的新问题，用记号标记，教师点拨。 教学步骤： Step ⅠWarm up and Free talk Show a picture to ask:What can they see in Sunshine Zoo Make sentences eg: What’s this? It’s a book. Whose book is it? It’s…’s. Write the sentences on the blackboard: It’s a book. The book is…’s. This is an apple. The apple is big and red. Step ⅡPresentation 1.Present new words and phrases in this period. 2.We use a or an when we mention a person or thing for the first time. We use the before a noun when the person or thing is mentioned again, or when we are talking about a specific person or thing. 3.Show some pictures and ask students to say something about the pictures: This is a Panda House. We can see some pandas. Look, here is panda. The panda is eating bamboo. Here’s a monkey. What’s the monkey doing? The monkey is eating an apple. It is an elephant.The elephant is walking. It is an apple .The apple is red. 4.Watch and discuss in groups the difference between a and an. a panda, an elephant, a monkey, an apple, a monkey, an apple,etc. 结论：a用于辅音音素开头的词前，an用于元音音素开头的词前。 5.小试身手：用a或an填空。注意：an是放于元音音素前，而不是元音字母前。 6.结论： 当我们首次提到某人或某物时，在前面用不定冠词a/an。当我们再次提到某人或某物时，我们在前面加定冠词“the”。Examples:.
