1 Introduction The patrol inspection of this week was carried out on 10000T quay, SPP35 18#, SPP35 19# and SPP35 20# vessels were checked as the key point. The main issues in these three vessels are the scaffold erecting could not meet the requirement and the housekeeping condition is not good, still need a big improvement. 本周检查了万吨码头，重点检查了18#35、19#35和20#35船。主要问题是船上脚手架不能满足搭设要求并且船上5S状况不是很好，需要很大的提升。 2 Follow up of Previous Findings Feedback of 86# weekly report has been received from shipyard 86期反馈周报已经收到。 3 Non Conformance with procedures The following NCRs were identified and have been reported to ZJ Shipbuilding Company for closeout: ：下面的异常，需要浙船确认并关闭： ? SPP35 18# vessel ? The scaffolds erected above engine room were lacking a large of platform; the scaffolding platform was just covered for half of place. It was assumed that the big hole maybe opened for the lifting job performed in engine room, after the lifting work, the scaffolding platform shall be fixed completed immediately. At the same time, the worker was allowed to stand on this unqualified scaffold to carry out work Figure 1 . The same location, scaffold erected upper that scaffold needs to be improved for a big step.
