吉 林 农 业 科 技 学 院 学 士 学 位 论 文 论 文 题 目：稠李果实中原花青素纯化研究 年 级 专 业：2009级生物工程生物工程学院 学 生 姓 名：王宏也 学 号：0906606322 指 导 教 师：杨祥波 评 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期：2013年5月18日 吉林农业科技学院 稠李果实中原花青素纯化研究 学 生: 王宏也 专 业: 生物工程 指导教师: 杨祥波 摘 要 飞廉主治祛风，清热，利湿，凉血散瘀。本篇论文利用显微镜对植物内部结构进行观察，描述记录。对飞廉的根，茎，叶的内部构造研究，了解其内部细胞，组织的特点，掌握飞廉内部构造的特点，以填补其植物内部组织研究领域的空白。根的内部构造，维管柱：木质部与韧皮部相间排列，有6至7束木质部，韧皮部位于木质部的内侧，每个木质部中间至少有6个导管分布于其中。茎的内部的韧皮部与木质部之间无明显分界，没有明显的形成层；髓射线，在横切面上成放射状，较宽，有2-4层细胞构成。叶的主脉由维管束和机械组织组成，维管束由木质部和韧皮部组成， 木质部位于韧皮部中间，形成双韧维管束，而且韧皮部比较多，木质部较少，此实验结果，为飞廉的研究领域添补了空白，也为提取飞廉的中药成分，奠定了基础。 关键词：飞廉；形态；显微特征 The internal structure of CurlyBristhethistleHerb Name: Hong Yan Ma Major: biological technology Tutor: Cang Sun Abstract CurlyBristhethistleHerb can be used to treat rheumatism, fever and bruise. In this paper we used microscope to obverse the internal structure of CurlyBristhethistleHerb. The interior structure of root, stem and leaf was studied, understood the characteristics of internal cells and tissues, and consequently supplied a gap in the field of plant internal organization research. The internal structure, root with vascular: xylem and phloem, have 6 to 7 bundle in xylem xylem and phloem, each of the medial middle xylem at least six catheter. Distribution The internal phloem and stalk between xylem clear dividing line, no obvious cambium, Medullary rays in cross-section, on radial, wider into 2-4 layers of cells. The leaves of vascular bundles and mechanical components, vascular bundle of xylem and phloem phloem, located in xylem, forming pairs and toughening vascular bundle in xylem and phloem more less. This experiment supplied a gap in the field of CurlyBristhethistleHerb research.and established basis for the extraction of Chinese traditional medicine component in CurlyBristhethistleHerb.
