Management Regulations for ICCS Students of Long-term Chinese Programs In order to maintain the normal teaching order and ensure the teaching plan to be completed successfully, considering the actual situation of the long-term Chinese language students, the regulations are formulated in accordance with the Regulations of the Colleges on Accepting International Students Decree No.9 of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Public Security in 2000 . Admission, Registration, Refund Policy Article 1 New students should register, pay fees with the Acceptance Letter and JW202 within the specified dates. Article 2 New students should take the medical check-up or medical review and meet the health conditions to get registered. Otherwise, registration shall be canceled. Article 3 Student, who can not continue study because of mental illness, epilepsy or other very serious illness confirmed by the hospital, should quit school and the visa shall be canceled if the student quits school. Article 4 Refund Policy of the application fee and tuition fee: A.? About the application fee：No refund after payment.B. About the tuition fee：Tuition fee that registered students old students have paid to extend their study for next semesters:? No refund after payment. 2. Tuition fee that new students have paid Including students who have paid for one year or more.
