So we must keep learning or even pursue lifelong learning if we do not want to be eliminated. That means it is more important that having the aspiration, interest and method to learn than remember that some knowledge. So the education really responsible for the students should be to promote their comprehensive, independent and individual development. Teaching plays an important part in improving the development of students under New Curriculum. The way of teaching is one of the elements in teaching. Changing the way of teaching reflects the design of teaching. So teachers must be based on people-oriented and the development of students as the core. This paper mainly describes two aspects from the principles of design and the strategies of design. Firstly, we must focus on the principle of student-centered.
