中国矿业大学成人教育学院2010届毕业设计
摘 要
煤矿井下工作环境复杂,矿井的井下供电系统要保证煤矿能够安全供电,维持矿井生产正常运行,减少事故的发生。木文根据童亭矿的特点及生产现状,做出了井下安全供电系统设计。根据开采方法、巷道布置以及选用的机械设备,拟定井下供电系统,确定井下变电所配电点的位置;根据负荷计算选择变压器;选择电缆的长度、型号及芯线截而并进行了校验;选择高低压开关设备、通过计算短路电流整定保护装置,确定了井下保护接地系统;进行了变电所硐室及设备布置,并作出井下供电的经济计算。
本设计为童亭煤矿S1095综采工作面供电设计。从实际出发进行系统分析,除满足一般设计规程及规范要求外,还要满足《煤矿安全规程》的具体要求和标准。通过短路电流、开关继电保护整定的计算和保护接地的确定,使其设计可靠性高、功能完善、组合灵活,以及功耗低,保证采区供电安全、经济、高效平稳运行。
